How to use Joltzly station?
1. Scan the QR code to download the Joltzly App
2. Open the Joltzly App and log in with your Apple account or Google account.
3. Scan the QR code by tapping the scan button.
4. Finish the Payment process.
You’re good to go. Juice it up!
How to return the JuicePad?
Simply return the JuicePad by inserting it into one of the empty slots at any Joltzly host.
Am I getting charged $54 dollars?
Don’t worry, you are not!
After you confirm the payment method, your bank will pre-authorize Joltzly with the amount of $54 if the JuicePad is not returned after 2 days (48 hours). However, the final charge will depend on your actual usage. The maximum amount per day is $6.99 plus a transaction fee.
Sometimes the pre-authorization can look a lot like you are being charged $54, but you are not. For example, you are getting $60 worth of gas, but you only used $40. Your final charge will be $40. The preauthorization will be released differently depending on your bank.
