You can delete your account from the app. When you begin, we’ll ask you to verify your identity using a temporary verification code. This may require you to have a phone number attached to your account.
1. Open the Joltzly app.
2. Go to Account Settings > Select Delete Account > Agree to the User Agreement > Tap Confirm Deletion.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the deletion process.
Scope of Data Deletion:
• Your personal information, usage records, transaction history, and all related data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Certain data (such as transaction records) required by law will be anonymized.
Impact of Account Deletion:
• Once deleted, you will no longer be able to access any services, features, or historical content linked to your account.
• If you wish to use the app again, you will need to register a new account.
By proceeding with account deletion, you understand and agree that this action is irreversible. Joltzly is not responsible for any data loss or service termination resulting from deleting your account. Once the process is completed, your account will be immediately deactivated and permanently deleted after 30 days. Any unused credits, promotions, or rewards will be lost. However, if you sign back in within this period, your account will be restored.
In accordance with our Privacy Notice, we may retain certain information about you as required by law, or for legitimate business purposes, to the extent permitted by law.
